1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AI Growth Comm platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
AI Growth Comm provides a community platform for realtors and small business owners to access and learn about AI tools. This includes an AI tool marketplace, a learning portal with courses, and a resource hub.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription Plans and Payments
We offer a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. By selecting a Pro plan, you agree to pay the monthly subscription fees. Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Use of AI Tools
The AI tools provided on the platform, such as Writrr, Trackrr, Inspirr, and Creatrr, are for your business use. You agree not to misuse the tools, including generating illegal, harmful, or infringing content. AI Growth Comm is not liable for the output generated by these tools.
6. User-Generated Content
You may post content in the Resource Hub. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant AI Growth Comm a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AI Growth Comm and its licensors.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AI Growth Comm, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
